Pearl Hotel once stood on an execution ground from the late Qing Dynasty, shrouded in heavy, ominous energy. A blood-soaked peachwood sword was hidden within the hotel to ward off evil spirits. Rural newcomer Ma Xiao Dao takes on the role of the security guard at this infamous hotel, but he accidentally shatters the sword, drawing the scorn and anger of the building’s strange residents. Soon, bizarre occurrences begin to spiral out of control throughout the hotel…
